Documenting getting a novel out of my head and onto paper. It's a pre-telling of Shakespeare's Hamlet. The Bard set his play in the early 16th century; I'm pushing my novel 5 centuries earlier into the early 11th century. It occurs 2-3 months before Hamlet's father is murdered by Hamlet's uncle (so, but no ghost). It's told from the point of view of 3 Danes who work as observers for the Roman Catholic church.

NaNoWriMo 2014 - Day 20 - 66%
A normal writing day... about 1600 words - enough to break even. Sten has joined the King's entourage in Krogen as they're about to leave for Jelling.
